Lush Rub Rub Rub and Dream Cream

I've become obsessed with Lush recently, mainly because everything I've tried I've loved but also because I know that their products are cruelty free. I can never resist popping into the Cardiff store  the staff are always so lovely.

On my last visit I picked up a body scrub, Rub Rub Rub, and a moisturiser, Dream Cream. They work well separately but I really notice a difference in my skin when I use them both in one evening.

LUSH Rub Rub Rub and Dream Cream

Rub Rub Rub (v) (£8.95/330g pot)
A body scrub that looks like Slush Puppie in a pot, but thankfully is not as cold! It's the perfect texture  gentle on skin but still grainy enough to be smoothing and get rid of flakes.

I was also told that it can be used on hair in place of shampoo, and while I feel that frequent use would be too drying, once a week or so does the trick and makes my hair and scalp feel really clean.

Dream Cream (v) (£12.95/240g pot)
There are two formulas for this; I chose the self preserving one. Dream Cream is made especially for sensitive skin so it's very gentle. It smells of lavender, so it's not for everyone, but it's great in the evening when you want to wind down.

I find this moisturiser to be a treat for the skin, as it's hydrating without being greasy and the effects last a long time. I usually apply it at night and the next morning my skin still still feels as soft and nourished as it did before I went to bed. A definite repurchase.

Have you tried either of these? What are your favourite body products from Lush?
